Determination of the Successful Bidder
7.1 The successful bidder is the one who places the lowest unique bid on any particular auction.
7.2 In the event of there being no successful lowest unique bid, then the successful bidder will be the person with the lowest number with the least amount of bids that was placed first. If every bid is duplicated exactly, then the lowest unique bid would be the lowest number that was placed first.
7.3 The successful bidder has 30 days from the closing date of the auction to pay for the product/service, after which their right to purchase the product/service will be void.
7.4 There is a delay when calculating the winner of the auction to allow for large range bids to be inserted into the database. Whilst this is being worked out your account screen may show that you hold the lowest unique bid. The winner of the auction is the person announced on our site after all bids have been counted without exception.
Publicity
8.1 The successful bidder may be required to take part in promotional activities, where the winners name, image, and likeness is used.
